General Terms & Conditions
All bookings and services from “Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger” are subject to these terms and conditions.
The general terms and conditions constitute a contract between “you” the customer, and "Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger". The general terms and conditions apply to all services of "Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger", including the provision of services to other dog schools. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. All changes are effective immediately and it is the customer's responsibility to review such changes. If you make a booking or make a request for a service, you accept these terms and conditions.
Registration
Course registrations and appointments are agreed via online form, email or telephone (incl. SMS, Whatsapp messages) and are only binding once written confirmation has been received from "Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger". Any service can be refused without giving a reason.
Cancellation
A course cancellation is possible up to 1 week before the start of the course and must be made in writing and confirmed by "Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger". If you cancel later or fail to appear, the full participation fee will be charged.
Absences
For group courses:
Unexcused absences and short-term absences (less than 24 hours before the start of the course) will be charged.
For individual lessons:
Unexcused absences and short-term absences (less than 24 hours before the start of the course) will be charged.
Payment
Payment is made before the start of the agreed lesson/lessons to a bank account or in cash.

Health
Participation in or attendance at courses and teaching units is voluntary and at your own risk. Only dogs that have been dewormed and have a valid vacc ination corresponding to their age can take part in courses and teaching units, and customers are obliged to show their vaccination card on request. The student declares that the dog they bring is healthy and free from contagious diseases. If the dog is suspected to be ill, the dog school will not be attended out of consideration. The missed lesson can usually be made up for or replaced.
Bitches in heat must stay at home during heat out of consideration for intact males.
If "Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger" suspects that the dog is in pain and / or ill, the training session will be canceled for the dog's benefit. The hour is non-refundable.
Liability
Valid and sufficient liability insurance must be carried for the participants and their dogs. If this is not the case, the customer is still liable for all damages.
The customer is responsible for all damage caused by him and his dog, as well as by his companions. You are also liable for any consequential damage that occurs due to the lack of mandatory vaccinations in other dogs. You are liable if your dog attacks another dog and/or person or is involved in a dispute that results in injury to the dog and/or person and/or property, including veterinary costs for the other animal and/or the person.
"Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger" is not liable for disputes between the dogs and resulting injuries, as well as the escape from the training or course location. You are responsible for cleaning up dog waste outside and inside the training venue. Children are welcome as spectators or to participate, but only under supervision of an adult person.
"Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger" assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage or financial loss that occurs during training lessons, as well as damage and injuries of any kind caused by participating dogs, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Johanna Sinkkonen. The customer is obligated to inform his/her companions of liability clause.
Resignation by the «Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger»
“Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger”, represented by its trainers, can cancel or postpone an appointment without notice if the course instructor is unable to attend, for organizational reasons, force majeure or other unforeseeable events. In these cases, no fee is due for individual courses; for group lessons, the date will be postponed by arrangement and the course fees will not be reimbursed.
Guarantee
We do not guarantee the success of the training. This largely depends on the dog owner and his dog.

Recording Rights and Website
Videos, pictures, e-mails and other training documents provided by «Pawsonline Hundetraining Sinkkonen Hüttinger» are protected by copyright and may not be passed on or reproduced in any form without written permission.
