Starter Kit for Puppies and Adolescent Dogs
It is better, and usually easier and quicker, to prevent unwanted habits than to change them. When you teach puppies and young dogs the appropriate skills positively from scratch, it gives a foundation to a trusting and loving relationship. Dogs are social animals, so especially for puppies and youg dogs, the playtime is a small but important part of the lessons. In small groups (max 4 puppies/group) and under supervision, playing with others gives puppies possibility of learning social skills through the play.
- You can start immediately with the theory lesson. Have a head start already before your puppy arrives.
- Lesson themes repeat in 6 weeks sequences, so you can start any time and if you miss a lesson, catch up at a later time.
- Teach useful skills (like „come“, „sit“, „drop it“, „touch“, „go to mat“, good manners, loose leash walk, etc.) positively to your puppy and learn to be a proactive caregiver.
- Learn how to take care of your puppy (Housetraining, nails & paws, grooming, ears & eyes & teeth check, etc.) at home and how to prepare for vet visits.
- Teach your puppy to explore novel items, sounds and odors in a positive way.
- We can visit pet store, MParc, have a coffee, ride a bus, tram, or even a train, and/or visit other dog-friendly places and practice the skills we need at home, on walks, or when traveling with our puppies or adolescent dogs.
